- come on ,,,we do this all the time....been playing for money since i was 9..............try it youll like it..
- technically yes (underage gambling) but i do that too. im 17. but we drink the whole time. =] nobody would do anything about it though.
- from what I understand as long as the house does not make any money from running the game, then it is not illegal.
- Yes, but nobody's going to bust you for it.
- Jimmy, dont tell anyone, just GAMBLE. c'mon...
- tecnically yes but who would turn you in its quite easy and fun just never but all the money you have........
- In some states it is legal to hold a home game as long as the house does not profit, but that ONLY applies when all parties are of legal gambling age. Since you are 16, it's always illegal. But it's not like someone is going to bust you, unless your game has 40 people in it and/or you're all drinking while you play.
- Well, it's hard to say what the laws are where you live but... In Ontario, Canada home games are not illegal. It's illegal to play in an establishment IF you're playing for money. If you play in a league at a restaurant/bar where no money is involved, then it is NOT illegal.
