- yes some do, but they take their money back as you get winnings, and they dont let you open account, and then just check out... so no stealing aloud.
- I've never heard of a site giving you money for free, although most have deposit bonuses for your initial deposit. I know for a fact that full tilt, poker stars, ultimate bet and absolute poker have free roll tourneys where you can win real money. Sometimes, if you haven't deposited in awhile a site will give you some money to play with. UB gave me $20. Make sure you download the .com versions of the sites.
