  1. I play them like a final table. Take position, hand strength, stack size, opponents' ability and all the other factors for playing hold 'em well and apply them. Your goal is to make it to the money, so let the donks get out of the way so that you're playing a smaller field and don't have to worry unless you hit a monster hand. Then go to work on the remaining players. There's not much point in pushing all-in unless you have the nuts, or close to it, unless you don't have much choice. All you're doing then is putting your money at risk when you don't have to.
  2. Early in the game, play tight. Play strong hands fast (especially if you're playing low stakes games full of donks) but otherwise don't gamble away your chips. When the big blind gets to be about 10% of the starting stack (i.e. 75/150 level if starting stacks are 1500) it's time to turn up the aggression and do a lot of blind stealing. This is especially true with 4 players remaining as your opponents might be playing real tight to make the money (assuming 3 spots pay). At this point you should be very aggressive if your opponents are folding a lot. This means RAISING when no one else has raised, NOT calling off your stack with marginal hands like KJ. Early in a sit and go, it is not uncommon for good players to fold KQ in an unraised pot in early position. On the bubble, it is not uncommon for the same good players to go allin with 72o if no one else has entered the pot yet. With 2 or 3 players remaining, remember that hand values increase when you're shorthanded. Don't play too tight and get blinded off.
  3. Too vague of a question. Single table or multi table? Limit, Pot Limit or No Limit? What game? Hold Em? My play varies depending on the answer to those questions.
