1. When i have the nut hand,I don't bet it or raise.I sit and wait for the daring to raise then I raise back and then on his re- raise i go all in.Got ya! On a bluff come out with a nice bet before the flop.When the flop is done,bet and wait for response.If they just call,wait for river card and bet heavy. As for reading the board,you must play many hands and study the hands. There are several books on the market today that can guide you with practice.Remember that practice makes perfect. Good luck!
2. The best stratergy is to get chips while the blinds are low ... Ive played many sit and go`s for big cash n u will find it easier if u have a nice stack while the blinds are low .. The rest is however the table is playing ... If they play tight its easy to bluff as they wnt call unless they have a good hand .. If its a lose table just pick em off with good hands ... Goodluck
