How to Play Poker Videos

Full Tilt Poker first time Deposit bonus question?

I want to know if I am still allowed to get the first time deposit bonus. Please only answer if you have been in the same situation as me, or if you are 100% positive the right answer. I have played on my full tilt poker account for real money, because a friend transfered me $20 to try it out. Does this count as a deposit? Because I have technically played on the site for real money...I believe on Pokerstars if you have received a transfer and played before making your first deposit you wont receive the bonus, hopefully it is not the same situation on FTP. Thanks for shining some light on the situation. I obviously know full tilt poker has a support email, but they take over 24 hours on average to respond to my emails, thats why im putting the question out here. So, like I said, please only people who have been in the same situation as me on FTP, or are 100% positive they know the answer should be the people answering.

  1. ya
  2. If it is a transfer is not considered a deposit, A deposit is when you input your credit card/paypal information.
  3. not too sure about that, thats a tricky one... Email them Support@fulltiltpoker.com Unless they have live chat help?
  4. no it dosent count unless they have your credit or bank info. you can always check the status of your bonus points in the cashier tab
  5. I had a friend in the same situation as you. He signed up for a real $$ account but could not get $$ transferred to him. Best bet is support@fulltiltpoker.com They are pretty good about things like this
  6. My friend is in the same boat. I staked him to get started, but he wanted to know if he'd still be able to get the deposit bonus if he ever did get around to depositing. Just like you. He did email support, and they told him that a player to player transfer does not count as a first time bonus, and when he does get around to depositing, he will still get the bonus. There's the answer to your question. Now here's some unsolicited advice... What you want to do is make sure you have Rakeback. If you haven't deposited, you probably haven't given them all of your personal info. If not, you'd really be doing yourself a diservice if you didn't create a new account and signed up for rakeback (which you can't do after you've already created an account). You can earn 27% of the rake you generate back in cash, and that pays you back over and over again. A lot longer than any bonus will. I use and highly recommend thehendonmob.com, but there are lots of rakeback sites that you can go through. I'm not affiliated with any of them, so use whichever one you want. Just make sure you use one. If you don't have rakeback, you're just losing money. Goodluck.
  7. It is a first time deposit yes. Full Tilt though, you gotta play what seems like forever to unlock all that money.
