How does this deal with pokerstars work?
I opened a pokerstars.net account about a month ago. After I played around a bit I deleted their program because I do not like their graphics. Anyhow I checked my email today and I recieved a message that pokerstars.net gave me $5 USD free! However I can only use it for 14 days. So how does this work? I have been playing with it does that mean my account will automatically be debited the $5 in 14 days or if I play enough do I get to keep it?

- Pokerstars did that for me some months back and I played and kept it.. built it into a semi decent bankroll too :D My aunt also got the cash...but she doesn't like playing for money..so she left it alone and after a few weeks it vanished. I played and kept it, she didn't and lost it.. so play damnit play!
- If you have any questions, I suggest you email support@pokerstars.com and ask them. My guess is that if you play with the money, the worse case scenario is that you get to keep what you win. So re-install the software and have some fun. But you may have to go to the .com version of the site to use the real money. (See link) You'll find that the graphics are much better now. There are several themes, and you can even upload custom backgrounds of your own design. It's come along way in terms of graphical appeal. I think it's now one of the best looking sites out there. It also frequently attracts over 100,000 players at the same time, making it the largest online poker site in the world.
- Pokerstars graphics owns, idiot.
- Yep, it's totally legit. I used my $5 a while back, without even entering my real name. Lost it of course, but at least I tried! :D
