Visa Gift Cards And Online Poker Sites Anyway around it?
i got a 25$ mytreat visa gift card from the corner store open the package and the last line INSIDE The package says cannot be used for online gambling sites .. Thats why i got it .. anyway around this? like putting it in paypal or another online wallet site? I do infact live in toronto canada lol so i tryed to use it on Vegas 24/7 cuz it was the only one with minium 25$ Deposit and then checked my balance on the card few hours later AND it said "THIS ACCOUNT HAS BEEN LOCKED REACTIVATION REQUIRED"?!?!?? Does this mean that cash is gone?

- not to my knowledge... though you might be able to use it to set up an Epassport account.
- Try with e-wallet epassporte. Its your only chance, if you cant use it there then you will have to order card from no USA bank. May be Canada? GL Then what are you waiting, you can bet in every site with your debit card, but better go to bank and ask for visa electron, its the best option, I have 3
- No you are not going to be able to use it. You can most likely open a epassporte account with it. You can try Full Tilt Poker, I was able to use a debit card there from Visa about 2 months ago. I have not tried it since. Paypal will not be helpful because paypal doesn't work with gambling sites. Epassporte is very similar to paypal, it works in much the same way. - have you tried to use it yet online?? Some companies put a disclaimer like that on the thing, but it may work anyway You can't withdraw winnings thru it, so you're pretty much done with the card (may have to make a xerox copy of it to send to the poker site when you cash out though)
- Some good answers already. First off, try it, they may put a disclaimer on the package, and it may still work. The worst that can happen is the card is declined. It won't cost you anything. The second option is to get an epassporte.com account and transfer the money off the gift card into that account. From there into your poker account.
