- Interesting how you say Bush has made "many impeachable offenses", yet don't list a single one. To the best of my knowledge, he hasn't made any. Congress approved action in Iraq, as is evidenced by our continued presence there. In accordance with the War Powers Resolution of 1973, Congress must approve of US hostilities within 60 days of the origination of those hostilities, or US forces are withdrawn. It's been well over 60 days and the US is still in Iraq. People tend to forget that Congress has to approve most things that the president does. This includes the Patriot Act among other things (which, incidentally, passed in the Senate by a vote of 98 to 1, and in the House by a vote of 357 to 66). Also, your final statement about how the National Security Agency may read this and the only protection is impeachment is nonsensical, as we have something known as Freedom of Speech. The statement is nothing more than an attempt to sway people to your political ideology through the use of fear.
