1. Sit and Go is a regular ring game. It is in contrast to tourneyment style. You Sit down at the table and play until you want to leave you you run out of money. Of course you still have to pay the blinds before you play. I play on bodoglife.com
2. Sit and go IS a tournament style. You usually sit with 10 players. The last 3 people standing get payed. When it's a 6 person sit and go the last 2 players get payed. It's a good game because you don't lose any more money than what you pay to sit, and it usually doesn't last more than an hour. That's the only type of game I play.
3. Tourney style, but without the field of hundreds or thousands of players. Usually one or just a few tables. Once you're out you're out. Last three standing (maybe four) get paid.
