  1. If he makes a living from it it can't be a problem!
  2. They don't know how to play poker and they are jealous that they can't do it for a living!
  3. I instruct people how to win a living playing onlline poker. I've made almost $160,000 over the past year!!! Check out my stats here: http://www.bluffmagazine.com/thepokerdb/... I offer private online/phone tutoring tutoring as well. 100% guaranteed to place in a real money tourney within a week! email: KingofKings KingofKingspokergod@hotmail.com
  4. When professional poker players are making in excess of $100,000 profit in a year, they are hardly people with a 'gambling problem.' That's like saying, I have an employment problem because I have to go to work every day to earn a living. Gus Hansen is a brilliant pro player, who was also a highly skilled backgammon champion. His career earnings from tournament play alone is over $5,000,000. You just don't make that kind of money at poker because of '60% luck.' All that said, he does admit he likes to waste money sports betting, and has made no secret of that fact.
  5. NO successful poker players, pros players don't have a "gambling problem" When there is profit...There isn't any problem! Even with the popularity of poker for the past few years, a lot of people still considering gambling as a problem, and include poker in gambling like any other game. If you make your living with it, are able to pay all your bills with it, it's a job not a problem. And when you talk about G. Hansen who won millions, and play with success in the biggest poker games there is. There is no worries for him...He's all set. No problem. Basically most of the people who talk and think that way, are the one who don't have experience with it. So they only expect the worst from it. You will always find people to judge, even if they don't have a clue about the subject. Don't worry about them, don't even try to explain to them...Most of the time they won't get it anyway. I make my living with poker, and trust me, my wife don't think that I have a gambling problem!.
  6. People say this because they do not understand how good you really have to be to make a living at poker, and think if they're not good enough to profit, nobody is. I say just let them think what they want, but don't give in to them. Poker can be very lucrative if you have the abilities, and plenty of people making a living at it.
