how come everytime i want to register for a play money, sit and go game, it won't let me. Do i have to deposit money or somthing, and it wont lrt me reload my chips

- I played 10 different poker sites. I never have to make deposits to play the play money games. I recommend you try Poker Stars or Ultimate Bets. They are very good sites. Pokerstars.com amd ultimatebet.com
- Make sure you are trying to register for a play money sit n go and not a real money one. You may need to reload your play money chips (you only get one reload a day) to cover the entry fee. It may also be that the sit n go is filling up rapidly and you aren't clicking the Register button fast enough. I remember that was a problem when I was on Party Poker. Wait a day and reload your chips, then try again. You don't need to deposit real money to play with fake money
- Did you verify your e-mail address? If you did not then you can't play until you do. Also one site is .net, and the other site for full-tilt is .com, so one is the play money site, and one is the real money site. So make sure your at .net and not .com.
