I cant download Full Tilt Poker...?

When i download Full Tilt Poker, i save it to my desktop, but its a php. file, and when i click it on my desktop,nothing happens, is there some software i have to download like php software to activate it??

1. No, you don't have. Usually all poker soft runs automatically, try to use other browser, like Mozilla Firefox or opera. More over you can try to use it not directly from full tilt site. Try better Full Tilt with rake back, you will get more advantages - 27% of you made rake you will get back.
