do i need to have account with NETELLER to be able to buy chips on pokerstars? does any of you have any problems when cash in? thanks in advance.

1. When you say "buy chips" you mean make a deposit right?, Poker stars is a save site to play at for US players, and you should not have any trouble. Take care
2. Neteller no longer accepts American customers thanks to the stupid new law that got passed recently. You can open an account with a similar service called epassporte.com if you want to buy chips with any of the major poker sites. I've been with Poker Stars for four years this year, and they have always paid me promptly.
