How to Play Poker Videos

Pokerstars security, how do they find out its me?

So pokerstars banned me, I'm not allowed to make any new accounts. So i decided to format my laptop completely, deleting all traces of pokerstars. Next, I went to connect to a wireless network from far away from home (not mine, never used before!). Then, I downloaded pokerstars. Then, I tried to create a new account, and right away, i get banned!..how do they find out its me? Does pokerstars install something on your computer that even if you format , they can still track you down? how is this possible? my ip im connected to is completely diff, how do they trace me? yes the info i created is completely different, so its a matter of they tracking my computer somehow..i dont know how thats possible. is it even legal?

  1. See??? Dubya's doin it again! How far will he go for info??
  2. I'm just curious, why did Pokerstars ban you?
  3. If you formatted your hard drive, there would be nothing left, including PokerStars. When you create accounts, do you give any of the same info, such as email?
  4. I don't think they have any software that good even after you reformat your hard drive. But your hardware did not change. I don't know which device ID they track, but there are several hardware ID that you will not be able to changed (hard drive, CPU, or graphic device all have serial number with them). You may try with different computer.
