Do you have iron balls ?
In no limit, its quite important to have the guts to risk chips on marginals situation. I dont talk about fishes who raise all-in with crap only because they dont know how to play. I mean players who can play back at others because they have the balls to put an opponent on a hand. Best exemples are players like TJ Cloutier or Phil Hellmuth. Personally, i have more like "wood balls". I have some guts but I wouldnt risk too much on marginal hands, prefering to wait for premium hands. I tried to play higher limit, 5/10 $ ring games. I realized that I didnt have the guts to play back at others, in fear to be played back again. So my question is : How hard are your balls in marginal situations ?? to Alex : hahahaha, thanks for the good laugh ;) to ZCT : I feel the same way really. Actually I avoid playing marginal hands, prefering to give up the hand than putting an opponent on a lower pair when the flop come 47T on an unraised pot, if you see what I mean.

- My balls are great, thanks for asking!
- My balls are changeable. I find it harder to have iron balls during a cash game, because I hate to donk off a bunch of chips when they are worth real money. In tournament play when the extent of my loss is predetermined (the buy in), I am far more inclined to take those risks, as it is generally necessary to win. So basically my balls are of variable density and depending on the situation. Thanks for asking ;)

- My balls are changable. I have and sometimes do play marginal hands, although mainly if I have a nice stack of chips. (3rd or better on the table) Since I'm a tight player, I get away with it a bit more 'cause everybody thinks I have a hand. The only thing I change from playing a great hand is the cards. I keep my betting pretty much the same.
- My Balls Are Hard As Reenforced Steel
- there are times player require to make some "iron ball" raise, call or bets! more in tourny cuz u can't re-up the chips u play with... but in live-ring games, less "ball" is require due to u could always re-buy urself in after u go broke. if u have "wood balls" try playin' limits that u could re-buy in few more times and still dosen't really hurt ur bankroll. i'm playing the limits that is comfy to me and didn't feel much needs of "iron ballz".
- If your hand rates 40% go for it higher than that call no raise next bet all in noone knows for sure thats why they call it gambling ive floped a full house 9s over4s on the turn I went all in your right he had 4 4s nothing is for sure salvation the river was my 4th 9 true story but figuer the odds key word gambeling dont take balls just a chip & a chair
