On the poker shows, players taking two stacks of chips, blend them into one stack. How do they do that?

Explain the technique that players use to blend two stacks of chips into one. Thanks.

  1. Shuffling chips is easy to do. Start with 6 chips and use your pinkie and thumb to hold the chips. Use slight pressure to bring them together, and pull up with your fingers and they will shuffle themselves. As you get better you can shuffle more and more chips, but just start with 6.
  2. i found this site a while ago that has all poker tricks - http://pokerchiptricks.com/archives/category/tricks/ they have videos too of how to do it - really good stuff http://www.onlinegamblingcasinodirectory.com
  3. Sincity USA's answer is correct, what he forgot to tell you is try to do it with out looking at the chips. It makes it alot more simple later on at the table and you can concentrate on the table and less looking at your chips. Also, while practicing use two different color chips to know if you are doing it correctly and use a heavier weight chip. If you start with a light weight chip it is harder to do when you go to tables with heavier chips. Good luck, pretty soon you be doin' it just like a pro!
  4. I would also agree with sincity's answer... However, I would say start with 4 chips. Makes it even easier. It's not something that you will pick up in your first or second or third try. But the more you do it, the easier it gets. Don't worry about how much you fumble the chips at first.
