1. I like Full Tilt Poker.com. They don't have a buddy list, but you can search for other player if you know their id
2. Ultimatebet.com has a program caled ultimate buddy and you can track which of your friends are on-line or off. Also, bodog.com has something like that too with free play money.
3. This free site has that feature - http://www.freepoker4cash.com/ - plus you can play there for free with a chance to win real cash. No credit card, no deposit. Just free poker. Plus I think it's better than playing at a "play money" table because the players are trying to win cash, so they play more like it's real poker because there is something at stake. Not like "play money" table where players just seem to screw around.
