- You are dealt 2 cards. A round of betting is done. Next the top card in the deck is discarded. 3 cards are dealt face up in the middle of the table. These are community cards. This is called the Flop. A round of betting is done. 1 more card is dealt out called the Turn. A round of betting is done. The final community card is dealt called the River. - First give each player 2 cards then lay down on the table 3 cards. (Optional) it's optional to bet. If you do then bet. You must match your opponents offer. Next lay down 1 card. (Called the turn). Bet again (optional). Then lay down one more card!!! Bet one more time!!!!!!!!!! Then see if you have any full houses,pairs,flushs,ect. There you go a game of Texas hold em. Have a rocking day!!
