5 of a kind in poker?

If you play poker (5 card draw) with a wildcard, can you get 5 of a kind?

  1. No. You would still have 4 of a kind but your wild would be the highest possible card. An ace unless you had the 4 aces then it would be considered a king.
  2. Even though it's a wild card, it wouldn't be considered 5 of a kind since there is no such hand 5 of a kind. of course your wild card is the highest hand that best suites with your hand. It's any card that helps you get the best hand in poker. There is no such thing as 5 of a kind in poker since all cards in a deck has four of everything besides joker.
  3. Playing poker with wild cards allows 5 of a kind. A wild card can be any card. 5 Aces is the best hand. 5 of a kind beats a straight flush.
  4. Though any respectable poker player would never play with wild cards, I would have to say that 5 oak is possible but only with the forbidden wild cards. To call this 4 oak with a kicker isn't really living up to the potential of what a wild card can do. To merely add a single wild card to a deck of 52 completely changes the game... the royal flush loses it's shine when 4 oak with a lucky kicker can beat it.
