How do you play online poker in America?
All the poker sites I've gone to say that I am not allowed to put in online deposits in America... and was wondering if there were still sites that accepted deposits

First of all if you have a U.S. bank account you can often send them an echeck and they will take the money right out of your account. Second you could use a third party processor like an ewallet. Third you could buy an all access visa which are generally available around the country. The best advice here is to find a room you like that accepts U.S. players and many still do, then check out their deposit options and choose whatever is most convenient for you. The wire act by the way has been ruled by the courts as not being applicable to games like poker and just deals with sports betting, not that it stops that either, nor has specific legislation by several states.
