ultra pre paid is what i use, but I would consider not playing online with all the cheating stuff going around. the cheating is going to always be there online, unless you can play more heads up.
they will send a check. If it is under 1000$ the check might take some time to get to you like 4-6 weeks, But if 1000$ or more they will fedex it to you within a few days. There are wuicker ways such as opening a new bank account and having it transferred. I do not like this way for my own safety but the pros do so im sure it is safe.
