2. any well known poker site like fulltiltpoker.net or pokerstars.net is safe to download stuff from, but if you actually want to win prizes or real money you would actually have to load money into your account and really gamble, other than that you can just play with the fake money that you get for free from the sites
3. there ws a local player that saved his "points" and then played in the main even of the WSOP. but every one has to be downloaded he played pokerstars.com
