2 pair beats Full House?
I was watching poker....Texas Hold'em....and one guy had a full house 10's and 6's I believe and Phil Ivey had a pair of 10's and a Queen and they said in order for him to stay alive he needed a Queen on the river. If a queen did pop up that would only have been 2 pair. Would he have won because the queen was higher?

- I was watching that episode of Poker After Dark too. Basically this is what happened. Smith had pocket 10/6, Ivey had KQ Flop is 10 Q 10, then came the 6. The commentator had said he needed a Queen to stay alive because that would give Ivey Q Q 10 10 and another Q. Three Qs with two 10s would have beat three 10s and two Qs. (Smith's hand upgrades from 10s and 6s to 10s and Qs with the second Q on the board) But in the end the river was a 3, meaning Ivey had the two pair and Smith won it all with the full house.
- well what was the other card if i remeber right on the flop there was a Q giving Ivey 2 pair all ready and if he would of gotten another Q on the river he would of had i HIGHER full house
