1. No. If you want to play from a PDA phone your best bet is to run a web-based remote access on your desktop and then use the PDA to just remote access the home machine. We managed to get this to work with a PDA but needed to increase the PDA's resolution. I use a full tablet to play mobile from patios but if you want something smaller there are plenty of ultra mobile tablets in the 6-9 inch range that run Windows and that can work with a cell provider for internet access.
