1. Full Tilt points are based on the amount of rake you generate. At full tilt you generate rake for every hand you are dealt cards in. If the total rake reaches $1 during a hand you were dealt cards in then you get a "point". 2. If you want more points stick to cash games. They earn you much more points than sngs or tourneys.
