- Pretty much no charges for withdrawals unless you want a cheque or Wire transfer. You are best to reverse it to a debit or credit card. You could also use online payment providers like Netteller or Moneybookers, however you will have to pay the relevant charges to the company involved. The poker rooms don't charge for much in general since there is so much competition out there. Try sites like ladbrokes or sites in a network such as ipoker. Examples of companies are Blue Square, VC Poker or Bet365.
- No charge. Some sites will charge you if you want it sent a cheque sent by fed-ex but for normal mail it is free. Depending on where you live you might have access to faster free methods. Europe has Neteller and Canada and the States has e-checks. The US had ePassporte until last week when they shut down.. PokerStars and Full Tilt are the two best sites.
- Fulltilt doesnt charge anything, also the other sites like the one in my source also doesnt charge.
- Carbon Poker charges $15 for a mailed check withdrawal. I don't recall any of the other sites charging anything.
