Does anybody know any online poker sites where you play against other real people but not for money? And i need a website that lets minors play.

Most websites won't let minors play. Pogo.com is one that will though - it's not dedicated to poker, but has 4 styles of poker you can play.
I use partypoker.net and I love it. You do have to download an external program, but it's quick and there's no spamware. They have like 15 different varieties of poker to choose from, lots of different tournaments, and there's always tens of thousands of people logged on and ready to play. It's totally free and they keep track of your account with play chips.

Pokerstars seems to let minors play. I've run into a few in my experience playing there. They have a Play Money system already set up.
